Welcome to the forum, we're glad to have you here with us.
The issue may have been that he tried to post a comment as a visitor before "officially" becoming a member?Welcome to the forum, Jonny! That's odd, you should have been able to post to another thread without first having to do this introduction. We prefer you make the introduction first but there's no hard and fast rule stating you need to do so.
Likely, not important now, I guess. On to the discussions and projects! The issue may have been that he tried to post a comment as a visitor before "officially" becoming a member?
What kind of cabinets do you build?I've been a woodworker for 20+ years and we've just opened a new cabinetry shop in Portland, Maine. I was trying to interact with another post but it said I had to post something first- so this is that. Looking forward to being a part of the community.
Happy woodworking trails!

We do like photos so show us your shop, tools, projects, etc. whenever you get the opportunity.
We build any manner of cabinetry. Kitchens, custom built-ins, millwork. What kind of cabinets do you build?
Guess my question is, do you build individual boxes and gang them together on a wall with fillers or a long custom cabinet? Frame or Framless? We build any manner of cabinetry. Kitchens, custom built-ins, millwork. Mostly focused on high-end work.
Depends on the situation. Sometimes we're making cabinets for a builder/designer that wants single boxes (framed or frameless), sometimes it's one faceframe over an entire run of cabinets. What about yourself? Do you have a preferred method?Guess my question is, do you build individual boxes and gang them together on a wall or a long custom cabinet? Frame or Framless?
