On the bottom of a table, where two equally thick separate pieces abut each other, they are held together by the two pieces of hardware shown in the attached pictures.

One piece of the hardware sits on one piece of the table, and the other piece of hardware sits on the adjacent piece of the table. The hardware in the first picture with the plastic ball rotates parallel to the table to fit in the other piece.

If anyone knows where I can find this type of hardware, ideally with an internet link to same, I would be most appreciative.

its a table leaf lock, just about any other kind will do a better job IMO
