So this is where wood nerds spend their time. Count me lucky fellow craftspeople and wood enthusiasts.
I am a woodworker and as the name states, a log hunter. In short, I build things as well as buy, sell, trade and just admire logs and lumber.

Well, I like to think I am.

Fact is I haven't been fishing in 4 plus years.

It's boom or bust around here workwise. When I have the money its because I'm busy. When I'm not busy I'm too broke to travel.

It doesn't help that woodworking has taken over my leisure time !

No regrets though. It'll be fall before long and that's my favorite time to hit the river.

Did get to go over Labor Day wkend, caught more than a few reds and 4 tarpon by accident (yes- witnesses present).
