I drew up plans for an entertainment center but I can’t fill in the back. Also you can See Right Through the ¾” boards from the back and not from the front.

I’ve spent a couple of hours trying to draw a piece to fit in the opening in back for support, but it only get distorted.

What’s going on and how can I fix this?

update:
Ok while I was looking for some answers on the net, I realized that I should have said that back face was not closing properly. Still not sure how to describe the problem properly, but I hope someone understands what I’m talking about.
Anyway I’m going to look for an opening some place.

I'm going to start over because i can't git it fixed. There has to be a trick to this.
This has happened to me before and the only way I know how to get around it is by making individual parts and moving them into place, but its so hard getting them aligned up perfectly not to mention the time involved.

Fixed problem

I disassembled my drawing and magnified it to discover some unexplained lines that were disrupting the shape. I may have inadvertently drew them while moving the pointer around.

Still learning:smile:
