Hi everyone,

I'm looking to upgrade my jobsite table saw and found this ad on craigslist http://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/tls/4248612901.html and am looking for feedback on what you all think. Model# JWTS-10CW2-LFR with 48in fence and additional table that looks to be built well.

I would like to upgrade in the very near future and have been looking day and night on craigslist for a deal on cabinet saw, but am simply running out of patience. With the upgraded fence and additional table, what are your opinions on where this JET should be priced? $600 seems a bit high to me, but would $500 OR $550 be worth it after a 1.5 hour drive?

I also hold a $200 Grizzly gift certificate and am 2hrs away from their Bellingham WA location, so let me know if you'd recommend their hybrid saw, or strongly recommend to spend the extra coin to buy one of their cabinet options for around $1300? I'd really like to stay below $850, but like I said I can't wait much longer and I'm open to all recommendations you might have on models and manufacturers. I have 220 available in the garage bay I will be putting it in. I believe a contractor saw would do what I need, but would also like the saw to be one that I do not have to upgrade given constraints that come up in the future.

I make anything from small boxes and cutting boards all the way up to coffee tables, tv cabinets, and bookshelves with all types of domestic and exotic hardwood. Most of the time, these projects include strips of accent wood, so precision is a must. I want the fence to be accurate each and every time without the need to measure blade distance, so any aftermarket fence options you recommend would also be welcomed.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, sorry for yet another table saw post.

Here are a few more options I found on my local craigslist:

Delta Unisaw 34-806F $800
http://seattle.craigslist.org/skc/tls/4257938960.html

Delta 36-750 with unifence @ router $800
http://seattle.craigslist.org/est/tls/4261369919.html

JET with 55" fence & Router $700
http://seattle.craigslist.org/est/tls/4257135598.html

Thanks,
Travis

I have that exact Jet table saw with a 3 month old Delta T2 fence
with a really nice extension table I built. It just so happens that I recently bought a new Grizzly and have mine up for sale.
I'm in Everett.
If you are interested shoot me a pm with your number and we can talk.

Thanks for reaching out Crusader, I sent you a PM last night but I think I've made the decision to go with the Grizz G0690 or G1023RL given that I have a gift certificate, and am within driving distance. I think spending the extra money now on a cabinet saw means l hopefully won't need to upgrade in the future.

With that said, what made you go with the G0690 vs the G1023RL?

Thanks again.
