Glued and screwed the drawer should be plenty strong. The life you have gotten out of the assembly shows it worked great. With your construction the bottom is not “hanging” from the drawer sides but rather sitting on a shelf/dust frame/other. Any sag would be relative to the support underneath. For future shop projects just consider drawer size. Sag does happen and I have had lab drawers rated to 200 lbs reinforced due to sagging exactly the way Steve suggested. It was probably a 3’ wide drawer with much less than the rated weight.
