Phew - this one took awhile. M&T apron and doweled top. This is entirely fir - certainly not considered a high end luxury wood but it fits for my skill level and my current clienteles typical budget ;-)

Please do give honest feedback as I am always looking to improve!

Well done Curtis. I like the contrast light/dark. Did you use a torch on the top?

Yes -we torched the top with special emphasis to darken the knots up really good. We then went over the entire thing with a walnut colored stain. For the bottom we did quite a few things - we obviously painted it all white, then hit it with sandpaper to distress. After that we followed up with a dark wax for antiquing. Lastly we wanted a little more so we took a very very light coat of the same stain as the top to just add a little more antique look.

Gorgeous table! Like the antique and rustic look. The top is gorgeous and suits very well the painted legs. Awesome work!
