I'm not sure this is the proper place to post this. I have a set of digital calipers. I believe it is EZ Cal brand. The digital display numbers are flashing. I can't get a normal display. It is still reading correctly but with it flashing it's harder to read. I have removed and replaced the battery but it still flashes. I don't believe it is a low battery because it has been doing it for about a week now. Any ideas?

It is generally caused by a weak battery. If you have a volt/ohm meter check the battery voltage.

Otherwise, clean the contacts, and see if that works. If it doesn't replace the battery with a new one.
