I bought a Jet 1236 lathe with a Nova Compaq chuck and stand for $100.00. I bought it for my Niece's husband. He has been looking for a lathe for a long time. What do you think?:yes:

That's a horrible deal. In fact, it's so bad that I'm willing to reimburse you what you spent on it, and I'll even haul it away for you free of charge. Those things are prone to random explosions. I've heard some are even cursed and you could get the flu just by looking at it. You don't want that thing anywhere near you!
