Delta model 10, 34-429 blade lowering

I have a Delta model 10 table saw (also a Delta Unisaw). The model 10 blade won't lower all the way below the table. It lacks a 32nd or so. If it were turned on with something laying on the blade it could be a problem especially if it were a hand. I always keep my blades lowered all the way when not in use for safety. Does anyone know a fix for this problem? Thanks

Tooth brush and white lithium grease.

Use a tooth brush to clean the elevation threads. (Do the bevel while you're at it.) Then use the tooth brush to apply white lithium grease. This should solve the problem.

If it doesn't, look for the stop bolt. It probably needs a 1/2 turn.
