Hello all. I am just getting back into woodworking after spending the last several years living out of hotel rooms while being a pipeliner. In my search for machinery, I came across a nice looking Delta Milwaukee bandsaw for sale on Craigslist. The saw belonged to the seller's father and she knew nothing about it. Plugged it in and it ran like a top. It is quiet and smooth. I paid the $100 dollars she wanted for it and got it home and started doing research. I am pretty sure from the serial model that it was produced in 1950. But the one thing I can't figure out if it is the wood only, wood/metal saw or some shop made dual purpose saw. It has a gear box behind the drive pulleys but I cannot find a lever to engage/disengage and even pulled on each pulley to see if that is how it functions. Hoping the attached images help. Thanks for the help in advance.
