For any of you in Connecticut, Western Mass., Rhode Island, etc., this weekend is the Connecticut Valley School of Woodworking open house at the Manchester Woodcraft. I went last year and it was lots of fun, if for the drool factor alone. I mean, anytime you get to use Lie-Nielson handplanes you don't own has to be a good time. There's a decent selection of used handtool dealers as well.

Woah. I'm in. What time does it start
Not sure; probably about when the store opens, which is at 9. Weekend classes usually start at 9 too (I don't think there are any this weekend).
