I'm having an issue cutting laminate flooring. The flooring I'm using is chewing up the expensive Frued carbide tipped blade I'm using. Does anyone out there have a suggestion as to using a better blade or specialized blade for this situation, or is it just a matter of using cheap blades and taking it for what it is. Any advice is appreciated.

Jet; Just a thought, you might try a metal cutting blade. Yes they make em:icon_smile: for miterboxes, for Aluminum NOT steel. Worth a shot I think

You dont want to use your good blades cutting lam. Just pick up a 60 pt carbide blade. They won't last lng but none will. It should get you through a couple three rooms.
