Any suggestions on how to do so? I'd like to try to make sure it's neat and straight, thinking a hand saw will be not straight and hard to get wide enough?

Thanks

Personally, I'd do it with a router. Can be tricky though and the small bits are pretty fragile.

Ok so does that mean on the router table wit a straight cutting bit? And does that mean I want to get myself a 1/8" wide bit to do that?

Thanks.
