A friend wants a box for his g'friend. I decided on
Eastern Aromatic Cedar. I found some, cheap, re-sawed it, and found there may be a Demon in the wood. You never know what may be lurking in your material.

I sure wouldn't cut it up for a box. If you don't want to sell it, find something to make with it to keep the pattern intact. Glue it together and make a wall hanging if nothing else.

Like ryan and trc said I could make a few bucks on that thing. Howsomever I foolishly tried to plane one of the 1/2s but the knots made a mess. Now there's only short pieces for smaller boxes.:sad:Sniff
