I stopped buying inserts when I figured out I could make them for about 2 bucks each. If you have a router, a straight bit with a bearing and a stock plate to use as a template your golden.

Pick up some baltic birch plywood and whip out 5 in under an hour.

And for the record.....I didn't answer your question but no I haven't bought any there, and I wouldn't use the front screw....the rear clip is important and I've found that picture hangers can easily be adapted to this use.
