Well that all depends on the species, and what it's worth to you?
I'd keep it and make something for the lady who gave it to you.

Im in st louis mo. I gave the iron wood to my uncle. It was so dense and heavy. He does more with this kind of stuff than I do. Im better with boards. These seem like mantle pieces once they are all cleaned up. I really dont know what to do with them the only reason I have them is it was I take them or they went in a dumpster. Nooooooooooooooooooi!!!!!!
