I’m remodeling a weekend condo and am in need for a job site contractors table saw. I’ll probably buy used from Craig’s list then resell it when the job is done as I have a great cabinet saw in my home shop. I’ll be installing kitchen cabinets and doing quite a bit of trim work. I have a good sliding miter saw for much of the work but will be needing to rip cabinet spacers, custom trim work etc. Many of the saws I see on Craig’s list are out of production. Do any of you have recommendations or warnings on a particular saw?

I had a Makita. I found it had the best fence at the time. Just don't buy a bubble gum brand Like Rigid,Ryobi, Porter Cable etc. Get a real saw so it's easy to resell. Bosch, Makita, Dewalt.. A buddy of mine has a Hitachi he likes pretty well. Folds up and has wheels built in. I never ran it. I like them on a good heavy bench instead of a stand.
