Dymondwood in my experience turns better than the others. I believe it is resin impregnated so it is much harder/denser than the others. Takes a very nice polish. I get mine here http://rrpwhite.com/dymondwood/. Great color selection and service.

I have only turned dymondwood and it turned great and took a good finish. Very easy to work with. I have a friend that has used several of these but now he only uses the dymondwood.

Segmented cherry from two different regions and Maple.

These are no spill, freshness sealed in with a shaftless mechanism in the top and the rubber filler plug in the bottom.

They will be going on a fund raising auction, for our local Free Care Clinic, this Sunday
