You can't bend a cast piece, and I doubt if it is on Ryobi tools, BUT you can bend a stamped base back into a flat condition by using a vise and gently pushing or pulling on the corner that is off. A circ saw base is not a reference standard for flatness regardless, so close is "close enough" for most carpentry. :yes:
