The wife and I are in Columbia for a wedding this evening, and I plan on going to Mann Tool and WoodZone in west Columbia today. Anyone out there been to either of these stores? Advice on what to look for or what to avoid?

If not, I'll try to write a little review of each place in case anyone is ever in the area and wants to check them out.

I've been to Mann tools many time. The folks are good and they have a pretty full line tools including most of the Rockler items and small selection of wood.
Last time I was there, I though wood zone had closed?.
I made it to Mann tools and you were correct. Really nice people (I spoke with Eric Albright) and a great tool selection. Didn't try woodzone because I never got a response from them via email or phone. Guess they are in fact closed.
