I've been kicking that around for a couple days now...eliminating the front is a pretty big deviation from the challenge of a bottomless box. I might tinker with this one some more, or experiment with a couple other thoughts. It's an interesting exercise...for me, anyway.

Why not make a plexi panel? Then it's bottomless without being bottomless.

I guess I don't get it. But then, I'm not building a box a week just for the sake of it. I have seen, and even used a bottomless box. It went over a pallet to protect the contents. But you have to wonder, without a bottom, can what's inside be considered "contents?" In this example, it was protecting the contents of the pallet. Hmm!
