There are plenty of ways to achieve that finish, or better, without buying an expensive product. It is an oil varnish mixture no? Why pay for the name on the label? :smile:

Your right, but I like the convenience and a little goes a long way. If you don't mind mixing the 3 main ingredients (tung oil, BLO and varnish)... you should be able to get the same kind of results.
