I think you need to give a few more details on what you want to do with it. Do you need a small BS for model use? Want to re-saw 12" thick oak planks? There are different saws for different kinds of cutting.

too small for me

I'd keep looking for a 14" Delta , but they don't give them away. Post the links here so we can see what they are. We won't buy them out from under you, at least I won't.

I wouldn't touch a Ryobi for any amount of money. The Delta 9" (Shopmaster?) is a good little saw, but $75 is probably a bit on the high side unless it is in really good condition. (EDIT: See below!!)

Cheers,
Brad

Edit: Wow, are you talking about this saw: http://boston.craigslist.org/nos/tls/3904171704.html

If so, I'd jump on it!

I would look for a Delta 14" with at least a 1hp motor. If you go for the 9" check the blade size to see if good quality blades are available.

Not an issue if you go to the right place, like here...http://supercutbandsaw.com/ They custom make any size you need. They dont cost any more than anything you can go buy off the shelf and thier better than most everything you can buy off the shelf.
