I ran across this site today and figured I would join in. I've been woodworking as a hobby for a few years now. My father was a weekend warrior and my grandfather was a finish carpenter by trade so I've been around it my whole life. Up to the point I have mostly built cabinets but I have a few furniture projects planned for the near future. Looking forward to being an active participant in this site

Cool, go to:

Sign-up for the news letter and you'll get updated with the schedule when it's available.

ps - I was working at the FD when the incident up the road happened... Tragic, thankfully it wasn't worse, the potential was there.

Welcome form Florida (from another new member)…..There are quite a few people on this forum from Louisiana. I lived in Monroe, Louisiana during high school and College. I graduated from ULM in 90(of course, it was NLU when I attended.)

Welcome from Central Texas. You live in a very resourceful state. I am proud to be a neighbor to Lousiana.

Will be glad to see some of your work and hear about future projects.
