What I like to do is cut the 2 pound mix from the can 50/50 with denatured alcohol. Then I just wipe it on with a folded up rag, and wipe off the excess. Once it dries, I'll lightly sand the surface, then add onther coat or two.

I have been using a brush at full strength so far. What grit should I sand with?
