I've bolted them several ways I've seen on the internet. I guess I will have to do both sides to really see if it works correctly. I may have to make the 30 minute drive to look at the original.

I had considered cutting drink holes out on the arm rest, but concerned over time it would fracture.

Maybe its figured out. It's one of those days I would have better with a paint brush than figuring a chair.

I didnt plan too, but I guess I'll glue two pieces together. The boards have a bit of cup in them, so it should help. Let the planer level them out once dried. Guess I'll use the TB3.

There seems to be a 1/4 difference between the left and right. Front seems correct. Maybe from all the bolts it took on a small twist.
