I was wondering if anyone had any advise on adhesives. I need to bond a few pieces of maple to the inside of a cabinet. I am going to be using the maple pieces to hold drawer slides. Thanks in advance.

Are you going to be able to apply even pressure against all the glue surfaces? If so why not use a yellow wood glue i.e Titebond?

If you are planning a simple application with common unfinished woods, most any good good glue will do. Will it be load beaing? Can you clamp it? Is it an oily wood? These are other
things you should take into consideration.

A great polyurethane adhesive

Bolder Bond is a great polyurethane adhesive that has terrific bonding strength, little or no foam, and will bond dissimilar surfaces easily.

LOL Forget the glue. Why in the world are you using Maple as a filler to mount drawer guides on. Use some cheaper wood. And I like Gorila glue my self.

Any wood will do and using a wood glue like titebond will be fine. Red

Gorilla foams too much

I have found that Gorilla glue foams too much. Bolder Bond has little or no foam, and has terrific bonding strength.
