Picked up this great old machine this weekend with a friend. It's a 1930's era Greenlee #551 20" jointer with 5hp 3ph motor. This thing could double as an aircraft carrier! Runs perfectly. I might turn into an old iron guy after this experience. Moving it took all day but now that it's safely tucked in the shop it all seems worth it.

There is a small chip on the infeed table right before the cutter head. Here's a picture of that part. There's some great old iron around Wisconsin if you look. You can also try Robert Ivens Machinery in Milwaukee. They get some great machines there.

What is going on with the part I put the circle around?
