    Solution Details: 7" x 1.5" x 3/4" piece of wood 5/8" diameter center hole 1/4" end holes (Centered, 1" from ends) Wood beads from craft store 3/16" diameter rope I made it in about 15 minutes. From my limited survey, it takes the average person about 30 minutes to solve.
