Not worried about the COLOR at this point I want the HARD grain to be higher than the SOFT grain, and want it to not need any or very little sanding.
I do not have...
I'm putting ponderosa pine through a 4 head moulder (Smithway), and the moulder is raising the grain (cutting soft grain out). The blades on the machine are brand new, and the wood is not wet or green. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?
