Good morning Tim. I recently had a switch failure on my Makita 2030N and, of course, finding a replacement has been very challenging. I saw that you provided great feedback within a thread (https://www.woodworkingtalk.com/f12/...g-help-167754/) a few years ago and would consider providing me some assistance as well. I found what I think may be a suitable replacement, but wanted to know if 1) it would work and 2) how I would make the connections. I'm looking at a Grizzly G8291 2HP 110V magnetic switch (https://cdn0.grizzly.com/manuals/g8291_m.pdf). I appreciate any guideance you could provide.

Greetings... I have a question about a post you did back in January or Feb of 2010 about your Dewalt 705, with the arbor wobble. Did you manage to fix it, and if you can remember, how did you do it? I've got the same problem: any suggestions?

    Thanks very much,

    Carol Anderson
