You posted some pictures of a Thein separator on the inside of your dust collector a while back. (http://www.woodworkingtalk.com/f32/f...ed-help-56607/) I'm finally getting to the stage of building this, do you remember how much smaller you made the cutout? It appears to be about 1.5" in the pictures. Any help would be appreciated.

Good morning Ryan, I'm reading thru your router table build and wonder do you have a spot I could see all your pics from this and other projects at once? Maybe on Lumber Jocks? Thanks Pat

Ryan - Do you have any more complete pictures of the table in your profile pic? I am about to embark on new work tables for my shop and just noticed how awesome your profile pic was and was curious what the whole thing looked like. What type of wood is that also? Thanks in advance!

Ryan thank you so much for your help with my table saw questions. I actually live in another section of NY close to the one you researched. If you have time could you see any potential saws in my area? http://newyork.craigslist.org/wch/tla/

Ok, I added a pic and tacked it on to my last post. You can see how I screwed some flat heads on each of screw locations. I put loctite on the threads so they won't vibrate (and move either up or down) and I made them flush with the flat part of the iron tab. Now when I make the ZCI, the pan heads under the ZCI will rest on top of them. I may put wood putty in the phillips head but we'll see how it rests without the putty first. Just need to find suitable flange material and a piece of ferrous metal and I'm good to go.

I posted some pics in the same thread. I was a bit aggressive when I said 1.5" it would seem....
I would think any piece of metal that is stout but bendable would work fine now that I look at it more closely.
