Table saw sled
I have been using a shop made table saw sled for the past year and it has worked well for cross cutting panels up to 20 inches wide.

But I am planning to build cabinets for our kitchen this year so I wanted to make an adjustable sled so I can use a dado blade with it.

Here are the pics from the last two days. I dismantled my sled, cut the fence and reused it for the front then made a new main fence. I modified the original base so it could be adjusted as necessary to clear whatever blade(s) I am using. I added a Kreg track and an extension to the fence.

I looks like it should work great.

Yep, I made my own knobs. I needed four, but had none. But I did have some 1/2 inch Baltic Birch. :-)

I based my modifications on the Woodsmith plan. Google Precision Cross Cut sled and you should find it.

Hope you like it.
