i'm watching a handful of auctions now, looking for a smaller saw for limbing, etc. came across a clean looking 394xp:

same model i have and i'm really liking it for milling and cutting large wood.

    djg-

    those ebay sellers-
one guy is "thechainsawguy", the other is "scottssaws".
i'm sure there are other decent stand up guys dealing saws on ebay but these two both had saws i was looking for at the same time so i just kept watching them until a deal came along.

again, i have absolutely no affiliation with either of these guys. i bought my 394 from scottssaws, and am happy. i was bidding on some from the other guy too, holding out for a good deal. check them out for yourself, see what you think. good luck.

What part of the world are you in? The oak burl I pick thru sometimes has rot and bugs. I want to find diff ways to mount some of the odd shaped pieces . I am buying tools and reading everything I can on turning. But there is so much to learn and so many toys I want.I live in panama city fl.
