    Your board may be useable, we need more pictures. It is not unusual to have to layout the cuts to work around knots, cracks or in some cases to get the best grain pattern.

    Draw out the dimensions of the pieces on paper. Cut out the pieces and then lay out the pieces on the board. You will likely find you can use the board. I think there is enough length / width.

    Post pictures with the paper positioned on the board, then we can better advise.

    I do not know of people in your area who may be able to help.

    If you rough cut the pieces, they will be easy to mail to myself or someone else to make the final cuts, mitres, grooves, etc.

    I am happy to help, but it is not practical to attempt to teach remotely. I appreciate your desire to learn, but if you want to complete this project in a timely manner, it will be easier to have someone help with the final dimensioning. You will learn something by seeing the final pieces, and will get to assemble this and apply the finish yourself.
