Hope you get this in regards to the Kobalt sliding miter saw....

Excellent saw in the 12" size! I've used it to cut pine casing and baseboard and it is flawlessly accurate when aligning the blade to the mark. The laser is ok, they are 1/4 inch off when new but I managed to line mine up with the blade. I don't use it though, I watch the marks instead.

I've cut pine, poplar, oak, and occasionally plywood and OSB. It's strong, accurate, and very smooth cutting. I don't regret my purchase one bit and have plans to also purchase the Kobalt table saw. It looks like a solid, well built saw. These tools are built very well.

Customer service is excellent too. I accidentally made a bevel cut and forgot to slide the fence for clearance and cut right into it. It didn't damage the blade one bit but kerfed the fence pretty good. I called to order a new part and even told them how it happened. They still sent me one for free.
