It seems that the other 3 18" handscrews were made by R, Bliss Mfg. Co. Pawtucket R. I. While cleaning them up I saw the R. Bliss just above the

Since I posted this pic I have discovered that one of these 18" screw clamps dates back to the 1880s
It was made by Wm. J Hood of Valley Falls R. I. I have 4 18", 1 12" and 1 10" clamp. They are all very old
