This mosaic glass/clay tile takes a lot of grout. I bought only 10 pounds and ran short so had to finish it the next day.

I laid two accent spots of three tiles, one under the table and this one which is by the entry door. I think they set it off nicely.

That table was built by my grandfather a long long time ago. I hope to refinish it soon and build some chairs to match.

This tile material is pretty tough but it does plane very well which is good considering everything is a tight cut on 45 degrees.

Laying out the boarder. I used a straight edge to butt the tiles to so that when I install the field tiles they have a true edge to line up to.

I basically started this album because Phase 2 was just about full. This album picks up at installing the flooring and will carry on to the fabrication of the doors and drawer fronts.
