Hello, I'm Leonard, and I'm a weekend warrior to be sure. That headboard is pretty close to what I'm trying to do. I've got a beautiful piece of A1 birch plywood (3/4) that has had my own laser-cut pattern put into it. I'm trying to decide on wood for the posts and horizontal pieces that would stain well with birch? Also, I'm to some extent clueless on how to join plywood to posts??
