Use for my old oak

Years ago when oak was popular I built cabinets, displays, and many other things. Now, oak is totally out. The problem is I have a bunch of nice 4/4 and 3/4 oak and I am trying to figure out how to make it look good enough to generate some enthusiasm in my projects. None of it is quarter sawn, either.

Any ideas?

Maybe oak isn't as popular as it once was but if you like it I wouldn't stop using it. Some woods like oak, pine, mahogany and walnut will be acceptable forever.
