Sled Plans

Is there any plans for any sleds that one could use for a table saw? I know there are many different types of sleds but if someone can link or post a how to, it would be greatly appreciated.:smile3:

Take a look on Google: I ran the search "table saw sled" and pretty much every link on the first page was to an article about how to build one.

Is there a particular type in which you are interested ?

Do you want T channels, do you want cheap and easy, do you want an intricate build with lots of bells and whistles?

I have 2 - very basic - Easiest one doesn't need any plans... Take your miter slide for your TS, and attach a piece of wood like a 1x2, 1x3 or 2x4 (I used a 2x4) - there you go you have a quick and cheap sled - works great.

an advanced sled build

Here's a thread I started back when on a sled I built without plans, I just winged it:

The answer to your question will only be as detailed and specific as the question is detailed and specific. Good questions also include a sketch or a photo that illustrates your issue. (:< D)
