Murphy Bed

I have a customer that is interested in having me build a Murphy Bed. I have been looking around on the internet at some of the mechanisms and I am kind of leaning towards a piston type. I am looking for some opinions on whether that is the way to go. If you have any design tips or any other tips in general it would be appreciated. Thanks!

I prefer to use the spring type. They seem to be easier to adjust, and there are no seals to go bad.
