[FRAMING] Accent Wall for TV & Electric Fireplace

Need some framing advice; I am building an accent wall that is for a 70" TV and Electric Fireplace. My biggest concern is the support for the TV. This is a temporary project due to renting the house and will not be screwing into the floor or ceiling.

Can someone critique my SketchUp plan?
