Hey dudes Im looking for drawings to make a crib for my soon to arrive first child, or any ideas for furniture for around the house and nursery? Cheers

If you'd like to see the one I'm working on now search "baby creche"...

It's nearing completion... Need to get back to work on it...

The picture I added here is the one I'll be started on next for another guy...

I built a co-sleeper for our kid, and am of the opinion that its worth learning from other peoples tragedies. Infant/toddler deaths are the basis for the US govt's regulations on crib safety. I'd strongly encourage you to subject any design you come up with to the tests commercial distributros have to pass. http://www.cpsc.gov/businfo/regsumcrib.pdf Its a great project idea, and lots of fun. Just keep 'em safe.

it's easy. 26" from top of rail to top of mattress, slats no more than 2 3/8" apart-CPSC guidelines.
