need to know where and when to thin w-polly. if so how much, i am brushing. carl.

Depending on the brand, you may not have to. It finishes much better when sprayed. Use a good synthetic brush, and I wouldn't thin more than 10% if need be. Apply thin applications, and avoid pooling.
