... and yet more pens...

Here are todays: Phodium Executives in Sandalwood and African Blackwood; Chrome and black Click Cigar pens in Douglas Fir Burl, Kingwood, Spalted Birch, Paduak. One more batch tomorrow and then on to bowls for a while

This is my way of relieving the stress FROM my job!

That bowl was perfect right up until that last cut...

I hear ya there, the wife calls my time in the garage my therapy sessions. Everything goes away when the wood starts spinning and all that matters is what's going on at the tip of the tool.

Another great looking batch sawdust! I agree that a session behind the lathe can really help me take my mind off the stress that builds throughout the day. Way better than sitting in front of the TV.

I want to die quietly in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming in terror like the passengers of his car.
