well I'm confused again Pen problem

Have a new pen style that I'm going to try. Well in fact two of them. The first one is the ero style 10mm having problems figuring out the blanks and brass tubes. The longest one goes in the front and they are both shaped like bullet casings. The other is the ero style slim seen I had to get diffent bushings for them and also can't figure out how to get the big ring they use on it to be able to go on the center I guess my bushings will tell me how. Unless one of the members here know how I would appreciate the answer. Thnaks

You should be able to find the pen kit and more importantly its instructions on WoodCraft's website.

Thanks Brodie sorry didn't reply sooner found the instructions. It is a elite ball point fountain pen. Order the blasted wrong ones haha. Well now I found out it needs a 2 step drill bit thanks for the reply. When I get it done I'll post the pic of it.
