This weeks turnings

I was given a 30" length of wood, not sure what it is but the finished product looks like cherry and its finished with Danish oil.
The platter is from ash, i wanted to add christmas emblems but couldnt find a source for templates. The rolling pin is Sycamore with cherry celtic knot gone wrong!

Gus you have been busy. platter looks great, nice little shadow line to show separation between rim and dish. also like your goblet, captive ring is a nice touch. add another ring you have a wedding goblet. Great job
