Weekends turnings

Here are 3 stoppers I did this weekend. Left is claro walnut (really can't see the grain well, sorry), center is Chinese elm with a bauble, right is leopardwood.

And here is a claro walnut bowl I turned this morning. 4" diameter.

Very nice stoppers...I never heard of leopardwood, I like the looks. The bowl is an eye catcher too...nice figure and color.

I use PSI's standard chrome stoppers. Cheapest out there when you're buying 100 at a time.

That bowl was perfect right up until that last cut...
